Seminars
We're very fortunate that at almost 70 Park Bok Nam still travels from the U.S. to the U.K. every 6 months to give a seminar. He is joined by one of his most experienced instructors, Jacopo Silicani from Italy.
Seminars usually include an explanatory lecture about Qi Gong and fighting principles, with the opportunity to ask any questions. This is followed by practical self defence and Qi Gong exercises.
Beginners will be personally introduced to the fundamentals of the art by Park Bok Nam, and experience how Ba Gua principles are used in fighting applications.
