Classes

As personal students of Park Bok Nam we receive all our instruction from him when he visits for seminars every six months. We also meet up regularly to train as a group.

Regular training

Unfortunatly these classes are not available on a drop-in basis, they are only for students of Park Bok Nam. Find out about becoming a student.

However you are welcome to have a free class to experience what's unique about our training methods, how we balance our self defence skills with powerful Qi Gong exercises. Our training is lead by Jason Reardon.
